4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days following receipt of the product, without providing a reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at info@margaretandsarah.com, providing:

Photos of the product (in case of defect)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of used, damaged, or otherwise unjustified products.

6. Legal Guarantee

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee established by applicable law.

6.2 In the case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.
